This is a revision game for elementary Business English learners. It might be played at the end of the unit to substitute a test. Some of its parts might be used at the end of the course as well.
The objective of this game is to revise the following: asking about personal information, saying hello and goodbye, introducing oneself and other people, spelling, the verb “to be”.

The aim of this guide is to help students prepare for the Part 2 of their FCE speaking exam. It makes students understand what is expected of them during the FCE speaking exam, shows them how to organise and structure their long turn during Part 2, and gives specific examples of useful language.

Students practice for their CAE speaking exam, Part 2, paying special attention to speculating about the images. I prepared this activity for my CAE students to help them with part 2 of the speaking exam, so-called “long turn” where they are supposed to compare pictures, express their opinion, and speculate. Students practice the language of speculating through working with slightly more obscure images.
The aim of this game is to practice word stress in double-duty, two-syllable words which may serve as both nouns and verbs (protest, insult, reject, etc.) This game works great both with teenage and adult students. I have used it during regular as well as conversation classes.
Connect 4 is a game aimed at revising phrasal verbs. It combines language practice with pair work and competition. It is easily adaptable to revise and practice different language points, suitable for all levels and ages. This phrasal verbs set has already been practiced using this game
